Refund Policy – Digital Products
All digital products are available for instant download once purchased.
Because of this, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital files.
If you experience an issue accessing or opening your files, please contact us — we’ll happily help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Policy – Physical Products
When you order physical items, your order will be packaged with care and shipped from Australia.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time:
- Within Australia: 3–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Please note that once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on postal delays or customs clearance.
All physical orders are carefully packaged and shipped with love and care.
Once an item has been shipped, Believe and Bloom is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage that occurs in transit.
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact your local postal service first. You’re also welcome to reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds & Returns – Physical Products
We want you to love your Believe and Bloom purchase. However, as a small business, we can only accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Provide a photo of the damage or issue.
- Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

All Believe and Bloom products, designs, and digital files are protected by copyright.
By purchasing or downloading our files, you agree that:
- Files are for personal use only.
- You may print and enjoy them for yourself or as a personal gift.
- You may not resell, share, or redistribute them in any form.
- You may not modify or reproduce designs for commercial use.
